All approvals, structures, and funding decisions are subject to underwriting, documentation, due diligence, and program eligibility.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification, termination of review, and potential legal action.

6. Eligibility and Underwriting

Financing is available only to businesses and individuals who meet our eligibility and underwriting criteria. Criteria may include business history, cash flow, collateral, creditworthiness, industry, transaction type, and other factors. We may modify criteria at any time without notice.

7. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Financial-Advisory Relationship

Nothing on this website or communicated in connection with an inquiry constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. No advisory relationship is created unless separately agreed to in writing by both parties.

Ironclad Funding Partners is a division of Ironclad Strategy Growth LLC. If you separately opt in to receive non-marketing SMS/text messages from us, we may send messages related to your acquisition financing inquiry, application follow-up, strategy call scheduling, appointment reminders, and related service communications. SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a financing inquiry or application.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this SMS service.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 629-299-2971. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
